Since perfumes are often given as gifts, we offer flexible shipping options to help you create a unique experience. We can expedite your delivery for an immediate special occasion, or we can ship your order to an address other than yours to help facilitate your surprise. For special inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department.

When will the order be processed?
The table below is designed to help you estimate the arrival date for various items. This is the approximate number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order.

All orders placed before 1:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday will begin processing the day you order. If you place an order on a holiday, a Saturday or Sunday, or after 1:00 PM Eastern Time on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Policies
Our standard shipping method is UPS ground shipping. For security reasons, we only ship to street addresses, not to PO Boxes or similar addresses. Delivery location and shipping speeds cannot be changed once and item is in transit.

All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Customer support may contact customers for additional information as required. Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days. In the event your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APOs and MSPs addresses.

How much does shipping cost and when will I get my order?

Shipping charges vary depending on the shipping method you select. As indicated above, your order is estimated to arrive within 2 to 6 business days. We are currently unable to ship outside of the United States.

Tracking your order:
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number when applicable. This gives you the ability to track your order through the carrier at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep.

Order Cancellation:
If you'd like to cancel or change a SplashPerfumes.com order for any reason, please contact our customer service department and make sure to include your Service Merchandise.com order number or call us at 877-273-7386. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process.

If your order cannot be canceled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to splashperfumes.com according to our Return Policy.

splashperfumes.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.


Return Policy:
Our return policy is simple and user friendly. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.

We accept returns on perfumes as long as the purchase was made within the last 30 days, and the perfume has not been used. In the event that you receive a perfume that is damaged, we will gladly refund your money or replace the damaged item. Perfumes may be returned provided that the package is unopened. All returns must arrive in their original packaging and in the original condition for a full refund. Items returned not in their original package will not be accepted. Please contact us to coordinate the return shipment of the product as an authorization number is required. We require shipping insurance on all products returned to us. Please note, all shipping fees and the cost associated with return of the product to us are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error made by Splash Perfumes.

We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card's printed statement. If the returned item was a gift and the recipient returns the item, upon receipt and inspection, a gift certificate will be issued.

Problems with your order

An item is missing: Sometimes because of varying item availability and warehouse locations, you may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. We will not charge you extra for split shipments. The invoice you receive with your order will tell you which items have been shipped separately. An Order did not arrive: Orders shipped can be tracked on our shipping carriers' Web sites. If you wish to track an order, go to Track Your Orders. If you still have questions about an order that has not arrived, please contact us and one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you

An Item is Damaged or Defective: We are committed to your total shopping satisfaction. If an item you receive from SplashPerfumes.com does not meet with your expectations, simply return it to us. You will be refunded for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Processing your return usually takes 2 business days from the day we receive it. The invoice is your sales receipt and must accompany all returns. A Representative will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable.
